  • 1. We clearly deliver above mentioned specified services and benefits only, any other services we may or may not provide and if Provide, Govt. Charges will be Extra and Service Charges may be applicable as specified.
  • 2. 2 Months – Working days is the Standard TAT for completion of all the services across all the Products from the date of all documents provided or Full Payment cleared, whichever is later, however delays may occur due to Communication gap between you and our team members due to non reply of mails and calls to get necessary documents, OTPs , other formalities or some other unforeseen circumstances like these days we get unusual delays due to Covid19 issues in many services but we are still working to make it faster.
  • 3. Buyers’ data may be provided one time only for any one Product HS code and we provide minimum20 Contacts,however in some cases, data me be less in No. depending upon Products or Countries. Any more data or data for more products requests will be chargeable as per Data Top up Plans.
  • 4. In no case it is expected that any kind of lobbying, spread negativity among other participants through WhatsApp, social media, phone calls or any other mode, if we found any such case, harsh actions may be taken by organization including termination of life time benefits, helpdesk, network support and initiation of legal proceedings against such persons can also be done. We also don't have practice to share details of batch mates due to security reasons and keep all your details confidential.
  • 5. If you have taken FREE Website Package, which is Complementary website and this is provided to save your lot of time and money (earlier people were spending 15,000 to 50,000 Rs. and 1 to 2.5 month time), also we provide you with “6 months hosting FREE” also on your Domain. However “Domain, Logo, Product Images, Content related to your product” will be provided by your side along with all relevant documents and payments as applicable. After 6 months, you need to pay basic 2,500 rs per annum for hosting charges.
  • 6. “Website Changes” will be allowed “2 times” you can connect with team for that, any subsequent changes, which will be chargeable (500 Rs. Per changes after 2 times changes done)
  • 7. All services, benefits will be restricted to any one product only, you can take support for other products also but that will have extra charges, case to case basis.
  • 8. IEC – Documents and OTPs need to be provided on time otherwise work will be delayed and the Team will not be responsible.
  • 9. We do Free Registrations on B2B and Social platforms, but Products listing, image uploading, other posting, regular updating etc. need to be done by you only time to time to keep your account active to get maximum inquiries.
  • 10. Quotation will be provided on final stage on the display of mail communication with Buyers only otherwise lot of unwanted mails comes for quotation for non serious inquiries.
  • 11. No pending things will be entertained after 6 months of registration date if details were not provided on time and your account will be marked inactive.
  • 12. Any Fees, Charges etc., once paid in part or full, will be Non Refundable in any circumstances.

  • 14. Ahmedabad will be the Jurisdiction in case of any legal dispute.
  • 15. No. of Training Sessions, timings may be changed as per some unforeseen situation, however organization will make sure that defined curriculum will get covered in given sessions.
  • 16. Impexpets is not responsible for any delay due to the process of Government approvals or due to the delay by clients to provide payments/necessary documents.
  • 17. GFE Group is not responsible for any rejection from the government authorities.
  • 18. Advance Services charges paid are non-refundable.
  • 19. Governments chargers are subject to change without prior notice.
  • 20. GFE Group is not responsible for any increase in the Govt. fees.
  • 21. GFE Group, as a company, we understand the importance of data and value your privacy the most. So we don’t sell your information to any third-party nor do we use it in any other inappropriate way which may harm your policy in future.
  • Moreover, we have our own highly-protected CRM where we save our data and which is cloud-based so no one will have access to your information without your permission to do so.
  • Any of your data like Name, Mobile Number Or Emails address are well-protected and we don’t sell or share it with anyone to get commercial profit out of it.

All the payments for services at made in favour of "GFE BUSINESS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED" only. We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name(i.e any other individual or organization name) or via personal account. You are informed that under no circumstances will GFE Business Services Private Limited be liable for any damage caused in your business transaction to such fraudulent individuals or organizations.
